Celebrate Valentine’s Day at 138°

In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Chef/Owner Matt Meyer, has prepared a special prix-fixe meal featuring four courses including his signature dry aged meats. 

The special menu includes: 

First Course: 

Dry Aged Steak and Eggs 

Second Course:

Foie Gras Torchon, cherry gastrique, brioche crisp 

-or- 

Dry Aged Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio, heirloom melon, Thai basil

Third Course: 

British Baldy Filet, Yukon gaufrette, bloomsdale spinach, foie gras bordelaise

-or- 

Alaskan Halibut, Kaluga caviar, clam chowder essence

Dessert Course: 

Heart of Mine, Valrohna white chocolate, Oxnard baby strawberry, hazelnut crumble

-or- 

Cheese Cake Tasting, bread pudding, raspberry coulis, pecan
