A new restaurant concept is set to open in Henderson.

Chef-owner Matthew Meyer is launching 138 Degrees, described as a craft chophouse experience that will feature steaks, burgers, brunch and a full cocktail lounge.

The restaurant is scheduled to open on Sept. 25 at the location of Meyer’s previous restaurant, Served Global Dining, 1450 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway.

“We’ve always strived to push the dining scene in Henderson forward with creative flavors,” Meyer said in a press release. “Now we’re excited to bring a whole new concept to the neighborhood.”

Menu highlights include chilled lobster borscht, seed-crusted Anderson lamb loin/chop, shrimp & Anson Mills grits, and the 138 Degrees house ground burger.

Cocktails will feature names from local areas, including “Anthem,” “7&7 Hills,” and “Hendertucky.”
